1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Design & Co, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Design & Co.
2. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all Content and Materials available on this Site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Design & Co, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.
3. Services and Engagement
Our services are provided primarily on a project basis. We agree to perform the services described in any proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
For all services, 50% of the estimated fee is due upon acceptance of the proposal, before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before final files are delivered. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Design & Co, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
